Meet Esther Adisa: The Heart Behind Katy's Sweet & Sassy

Sweet & Sassy of Katy is locally owned and managed by Esther Adisa. When Esther was pregnant with her first daughter, she came across a picture of a friend and her daughter at a Sweet & Sassy location. It left an impression and, when Esther’s daughter was old enough, she took her to visit their local Sweet & Sassy store. Her daughter had such a good time that Esther knew it was something she wanted to share with even more kids in the community. She began the process to become a franchise owner the very next Monday.

Prior to becoming a Sweet & Sassy owner, Esther taught elementary school in her native Oklahoma and in Texas, where she and her husband moved in 2012. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in childhood counseling, so she has extensive knowledge and experience working with kids. She loves seeing the smiles that come from Sweet & Sassy services, because she and the whole Katy team take pride in showing each young guest how special and unique they are.
